Diese Unterst\u00fctzungspumpen werden typischerweise in Hochvakuumsystemen als erste Stufe verwendet und arbeiten in Kombination mit Hochvakuumpumpen.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Vakuumpumpe mit Schaufeln besteht aus einer zylindrischen Kammer und rotierenden Schaufeln. Die rotierenden Schaufeln sind im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Zentrum der Kammer dezentral angeordnet. Diese Versetzung schafft zwei Zonen innerhalb der Kammer: Eine Zone erzeugt ein Vakuum, das Luft ansaugt, w\u00e4hrend die andere Zone die Luft komprimiert und abf\u00fchrt.<\/p>\r\n<p
