Cuenta con seis columnas llenas de adsorbente natural, que captura impurezas da\u00f1inas y las retiene en sus gr\u00e1nulos. El resultado es un combustible marino clarificado con menor contenido de azufre, listo para su uso en plantas de motores di\u00e9sel y cumpliendo con las normativas ambientales. A diferencia de los m\u00e9todos adsorbentes tradicionales, el sistema de GlobeCore permite la reactivaci\u00f3n in situ del adsorbente mediante combusti\u00f3n, eliminando la necesidad de eliminaci\u00f3n de residuos. Tras la reactivaci\u00f3n y el enfriamiento, el adsorbente puede reutilizarse para la purificaci\u00f3n del combustible. La unidad tiene una capacidad de procesamiento de 0,45\u202fm\u00b3\/h, con reactivaci\u00f3n del sorbente de hasta 19 horas.
