L\u2019eau est \u00e9limin\u00e9e par coagulation : lorsque l\u2019huile passe \u00e0 travers un \u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant sp\u00e9cial, les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019eau forment des gouttelettes qui s\u2019\u00e9coulent dans un vase de d\u00e9cantation et peuvent \u00eatre vid\u00e9es via une vanne.
