Globecore’s AVS-150 asbestos-cement products production machine is designed to produce a homogeneous mixture of cement, water and asbestos fibres. Such a mixture is used in the production of durable construction products – boards, pipes, facade panels and other elements. The unit’s operating principle is based on electromagnetic treatment, which provides intensive mixing of the components at high speed. This allows fibres to be evenly distributed throughout the volume of the mixture, improving its strength properties and reducing the risk of delamination. The AVS-150 is compact, easy to use and can be easily integrated into existing production lines. The unit allows to shorten the time of mix preparation, to reduce the consumption of raw materials and to ensure a stable product quality. The unique feature of the unit is its high degree of dispersion, which is particularly important when working with mineral fibres.
