O processo de tratamento baseia-se na combina\u00e7\u00e3o de calor e v\u00e1cuo: o \u00f3leo \u00e9 aquecido e enviado para uma c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo, onde a baixa press\u00e3o faz com que a \u00e1gua presente no \u00f3leo ferva e evapore a temperaturas mais baixas. O vapor de \u00e1gua \u00e9 removido por uma bomba de v\u00e1cuo. A unidade \u00e9 equipada com uma bomba centr\u00edfuga de sa\u00edda para reduzir o ru\u00eddo e um sistema de aquecimento inteligente que regula automaticamente a corrente e evita picos de tens\u00e3o. N\u00e3o possui bomba de entrada, portanto o \u00f3leo \u00e9 fornecido diretamente, reduzindo o risco de vazamentos. A capacidade da CMM-1H no modo de secagem de \u00f3leo \u00e9 de at\u00e9 1 m\u00b3\/h.
