Al\u00e9m da purifica\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3leo, a unidade pode ser usada para aquecimento e secagem de equipamentos el\u00e9tricos preenchidos com \u00f3leo.<br \/>\nSob a\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1cuo, o \u00f3leo passa por um filtro grosso com uma finura de 200 \u03bcm, e em seguida entra em um tanque a v\u00e1cuo com aquecedor embutido. O \u00f3leo aquecido \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo sobre preenchimentos especiais, onde a umidade e os gases s\u00e3o efetivamente removidos no v\u00e1cuo. Em seguida, o \u00f3leo \u00e9 bombeado da parte inferior do tanque atrav\u00e9s de dois filtros finos com finura selecion\u00e1vel de 5, 3, 1 ou 0,3 \u03bcm e fornecido \u00e0 sa\u00edda. Subindo de baixo para cima, o \u00f3leo aquece e atrav\u00e9s de uma tampa especial com canais entra em outra parte da coluna diretamente em bicos especiais. Al\u00e9m disso, o \u00f3leo flui pelos bicos e, nesse momento, o vapor de umidade e os gases s\u00e3o removidos sob a influ\u00eancia do v\u00e1cuo. Em seguida, o \u00f3leo \u00e9 bombeado do fundo do tanque atrav\u00e9s de dois filtros finos para a sa\u00edda da unidade. A finura do filtro pode ser selecionada em 5, 3, 1 ou 0,3 m\u00edcrons.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Caracter\u00edsticas de design<\/h2>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O aquecedor est\u00e1 localizado dentro do recipiente a v\u00e1cuo, o que permitiu n\u00e3o s\u00f3 reduzir o tamanho da instala\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m reduzir a perda de calor durante o aquecimento do \u00f3leo.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O \u00f3leo \u00e9 sugado para a c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo devido \u00e0 depress\u00e3o gerada por um sistema de v\u00e1cuo.
