For nanocellulose work, I’d recommend using the GlobeCore AVS vortex layer device instead of a colloid mill. AVS delivers extremely intense particle activation/dispersion in an electromagnetic “vortex layer” (so there is no rotor-stator gap to tune), which is useful for accelerating fibrillation and deagglomeration steps in cellulose slurries. GlobeCore positions AVS for fine grinding, dispersion, and activation. What to spec and control in an AVS-based setup: focus on energy input per liter (kWh/m³), residence time / number of passes (recirculation loop is ideal), and cooling (jacketed feed tank + heat exchanger in the loop) because mechanical nanocellulose routes are heat- and energy-intensive. Reviews of nanocellulose production consistently emphasize mechanical high-shear processing and the importance of repeated passes and process control.
The bushing power factor measures dielectric losses within the insulation system of the bushing. It is assessed using tan-delta or power factor tests. Increasing power factor indicates insulation aging, moisture ingress, or contamination. Utilities monitor bushing power factor closely due to its correlation with failure risk.
一月 25, 2026 6:56 下午 回复至: What power transformers types are commonly specified for substations? #331900Typical specifications include HV/MV step-down units, autotransformers for interties, and station service transformers for auxiliary loads.
Power transformers convert voltage between generation, transmission, and distribution tiers, enabling efficient bulk transfer and localized utilization.

Large GSUs and autotransformers are installed in generating stations, major transmission substations, and interties between regional grids.
kVA rating S = sqrt{3} V I for 3-phase or S = V I for 1-phase at rated voltage and current.
For maximum effect, LFD is usually combined with a deep vacuum system and a condenser / moisture trap to continuously remove evaporated water and keep vacuum stable. A controlled heating and temperature monitoring set (winding thermocouples, tank/active-part sensors) is essential to prevent overheating and to keep the drying front moving uniformly. It also helps to add hot oil circulation or a separate oil purification unit after drying, because once the active part is dry, the oil must be treated or replaced to avoid re-wetting the paper. Finally, a dry-air or nitrogen backfill system is recommended for the end of the process to break vacuum safely and prevent moisture ingress during cooling and refilling.
Yes, pumping and mixing polymer-modified bitumen at 120-140 °C can be problematic, and this is a well-known operational issue. At these temperatures, the viscosity of PMB is often still very high and strongly non-Newtonian, especially for SBS systems, which leads to poor pump efficiency, high pressure drop, and risk of cavitation or polymer separation in low-shear zones. Mixing also becomes less effective, so you can get incomplete dispersion and local overheating. That is why most plants handle PMB at 160-180 °C during production and only cool to 120-140 °C for short-term storage or transfer with specially selected pumps.
In modern practice, reference moisture values are no longer based only on ppm in oil, but on the oil-paper equilibrium concept defined in IEC and IEEE guides. For paper insulation, a commonly accepted long-term target is below 2% moisture by weight for good reliability; 2-3% is considered aged but serviceable, and above 3-4% significantly accelerates aging and reduces mechanical strength. For oil, instead of fixed ppm, utilities increasingly use relative saturation or water activity (aw). Typical reference levels are aw < 0.2-0.3 for dry insulation, 0.3-0.5 as a warning zone, and > 0.6 where the risk of free water and rapid paper wetting becomes serious. These references allow consistent interpretation across temperatures and oil types, which was not possible with ppm alone.
For a 10 MVA unit, price is driven by voltage class (e.g., 11/33 kV vs 33/132 kV), cooling type, loss guarantees, and additional features like OLTC, monitoring, and special bushings. Regional manufacturing costs and logistics (road/port access) play a role. If the transformer must meet strict noise limits, seismic standards, or have low loss values, design complexity and material quantity increase, raising price. Utility project volume and long-term framework agreements can secure better pricing.
Calculators input kVA, voltage, frequency, impedance, and duty cycle to determine ratings for thermal and electrical margins.

十一月 10, 2025 8:25 下午 回复至: Request for manual and fully automatic versions of the CMM-4.0L and their quotations. #327442The CMM-4.0L system is available in both manual and automatic configurations. We’ll send technical documentation and pricing for each version.
The listed CMM models are designed for purification and regeneration of transformer oils. Capacities range from 1 to 6 m³/h. We’ll prepare a detailed commercial proposal including prices, delivery terms, and configuration options.
The CMM-6RLSL hydraulic oil regeneration system restores oil by removing water, acids, and oxidation products. We’ll include full specifications, gross weight, and packing dimensions with the quotation.
The CMM-6RL unit can be configured for diesel clarification and regeneration to remove water, sediments, and oxidation products. A production rate of 120,000 liters per month can be achieved with one or more systems depending on operating time. Please confirm diesel properties and contamination type to receive a performance proposal.
十一月 5, 2025 10:36 上午 回复至: We’d like to have a quote for the BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE TESTER TOR-100 (TOR-100 SL). #326903The TOR-100 (or TOR-100 SL) is an automatic breakdown voltage tester for insulating oils according to IEC 60156 and ASTM D1816 standards. It performs automatic testing, stirring, and data recording. Available in one- and two-cell versions with optional printer. Lead time: about 3-4 weeks.
九月 17, 2025 4:30 下午 回复至: What is a vacuum oven and how is it used in transformer maintenance? #325619A vacuum oven removes moisture from transformer windings and insulation. GlobeCore manufactures industrial vacuum oven dryers used in transformer production and repair – ensuring insulation dryness before oil filling, which improves dielectric strength.
