Timely client support and interaction is one of GlobeCore’s top priorities, regardless of client location, thanks to the well developed network of representatives and service centers.

GlobeCore experts are always ready to assist with equipment maintenance and repair service. The company’s specialists provide corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment for purification and regeneration of transformer, turbine, industrial and other oil types, as well as bitumen emulsion production and bitumen modification equipment.

In client relations, our company is guided by the following principles:

  • Free consulting. You can always receive advice from our highly qualified specialists when choosing your equipment to ensure optimal solution
  • Custom approach. Each unit is designed and manufactured to meet the individual needs and requirements of the customer
  • Commissioning support. If needed, the company’s experts come to client location for commissioning of the equipment
  • Wide spare parts and component selection. GlobeCore maintains a large stock of spare parts for quick replacement to insure against long down time and related losses
  • Personnel training. GlobeCore provides operator training for all equipment types both on site and in the company’s training center in Oldenburg, Germany. Additional videos for operator training are available on request
  • Upgrades. GlobeCore specializes in upgrading currently operated equipment to maximize its lifetime
  • Warranty and post-warranty service. All jobs completed by GlobeCore experts are covered by warranty. Post-warranty service is possible under separate agreements
