noviembre 5, 2025 a las 9:32 am en respuesta a: What is the price for TOR-1? What is the precision in PPM? And precision specifically in the range of 10ppm – 50ppm? What is the operation time per each sample? Could you provide data spec for the instrument? Any calibration before samples? What recurring maintenances are required? Thanks #326899Brian AllenMiembro
The TOR-1 measures dissolved moisture in transformer oil in ppm. Typical accuracy in the 10-50 ppm range is ±2 ppm or ±5% of reading. Analysis time is about 5-10 minutes per sample. The unit comes with a calibration certificate and technical datasheet. Annual calibration is recommended. Regular maintenance includes cleaning the cell, checking connections, and replacing seals if needed.
septiembre 10, 2025 a las 11:45 am en respuesta a: Why is transformer oil treatment important during maintenance cycles? #325171Brian AllenMiembroWithout proper treatment, transformer oil degrades – lowering insulation resistance and increasing failure risk. GlobeCore’s oil treatment systems restore oil parameters, prevent moisture buildup, and reduce the need for full oil replacement, saving time and costs.
