septembre 9, 2025 à 11:38 am en réponse à : What is a bitumen emulsion plant and why is automation important? #324922David AllenMembreA bitumen emulsion plant mixes bitumen, water, and emulsifiers into a stable product for road surfacing. GlobeCore’s automated emulsion plants feature precise dosing, real-time temperature control, and remote diagnostics. This ensures consistent emulsion quality and lower operational costs – ideal for municipalities and road contractors.
septembre 9, 2025 à 10:44 am en réponse à : Looking for a transformer oil purifier – what should I consider? #324893David AllenMembreChoose a purifier that complies with IEC 60296, removes moisture and gases, and maintains oil BDV >65 kV. GlobeCore transformer oil purifiers are field-proven and feature high-vacuum systems, flow rates from 600 to 6000 L/h, and automated controls.
septembre 9, 2025 à 10:09 am en réponse à : What are best practices for transformer maintenance? #324873David AllenMembreKey practices include regular oil testing, purification, visual checks, and thermography. GlobeCore’s mobile oil service systems allow on-site oil processing – reducing downtime and ensuring reliability in critical power systems.
septembre 9, 2025 à 8:44 am en réponse à : What is the average bitumen emulsion plant price and what features to look for? #324831David AllenMembreBitumen emulsion plant prices vary based on capacity, automation, and features, but typically range from $30,000 to $120,000. GlobeCore plants offer customizable capacity (from 1 to 20 t/h), automatic control, inline dosing of emulsifiers, and remote diagnostics – providing full ROI within 6-12 months for road contractors.
David AllenMembreYes, ASTO560 (AeroShell 560) needs routine filtration and degassing to maintain its oxidative stability. GlobeCore treatment units process this oil, extending its usable life and reducing operating costs.
août 3, 2025 à 10:26 pm en réponse à : What is Phillips 66 Turbine Oil 32 and how is it processed? #323706David AllenMembrePhillips 66 Turbine Oil 32 is an ISO VG 32 mineral lubricant used in steam and gas turbines. GlobeCore systems filter and dry this oil, preserving its thermal and lubricating qualities.
août 3, 2025 à 3:06 am en réponse à : Why is transformer oil top-up needed and how is it handled? #323590David AllenMembreTop-up is necessary to replace oil lost due to leaks or servicing, ensuring proper cooling and insulation. GlobeCore treatment plants process any added oil, making sure it meets IEC and IEEE standards before use.
David AllenMembreOil in a transformer serves as both a coolant and an electrical insulator, protecting windings and core from overheating and dielectric failure. GlobeCore purification plants keep this oil clean, dry, and gas-free to maintain safe operation.
juillet 30, 2025 à 12:18 am en réponse à : What is Apar Industries transformer oil and how is it processed? #322960David AllenMembreApar Industries produces high-grade mineral transformer oils used in power systems worldwide. GlobeCore regeneration and purification plants maintain Apar oils by removing aging byproducts, water, and gases to keep them IEC-compliant.
juillet 28, 2025 à 8:28 pm en réponse à : How does a 1500 kVA oil-filled transformer work and where is it used? #322795David AllenMembreA 1500 kVA oil-filled transformer uses mineral or ester-based insulating oil for cooling and electrical insulation, making it suitable for industrial plants and power distribution networks. GlobeCore offers oil purification and regeneration systems that maintain the oil’s dielectric properties, extending the transformer’s service life.
