The AVSk-150 milk-processing factory wastewater treatment plant manufactured by GlobeCore is designed to remove organic and mechanical contaminants from production wastewater. It has been thoughtfully adapted to the unique needs of wastewater generated during milk processing, equipment and container washing, as well as other technological processes at dairies. The AVSk-150 operates in a number of stages. Firstly, mechanical treatment is performed to remove large particles and suspended solids. The wastewater then passes through a biological or chemical unit, where it is thought that organic impurities are broken down. After that, the water is filtered again to achieve the required level of purification that meets the requirements for discharge or reuse. The plant has been designed with the user in mind, with the aim of making it as straightforward and accessible as possible. It is designed to be compact and can be incorporated into the existing wastewater management infrastructure at the enterprise with minimal disruption. Maintenance is not a time-consuming or specialised process. It is believed that the materials from which AVSk-150 is made are resistant to aggressive substances that are often found in dairy wastewater.
