CMM-4 MOBILE UNIT FOR POWERED TRANSFORMER OIL PROCESSING

The GlobeCore CMM-4 Oil Purification Plant is designed for heating dielectric oil-filled electrical equipment, vacuum drying of transformers, and vacuumizing. It is ideal for facilities that install, repair, and service oil-filled power transformers and other electrical equipment. The unit has an oil purification capacity of 4 m³/hour (1,059 gallons/hour) in degassing, nitrogenation, drying, and filtration mode, and 7 m³/hour (1,853 gallons/hour) in heating and filtration mode, with an adjustable capacity range from 0 to 4 m³/hour (0–1,059 gallons/hour).

Oil Purification¹ Plant GlobeCore CMM-4 may be used for:

(1) heating electrical equipment that contains dielectric insulating oil² with hot oil;

(2) for vacuum³ drying of transformers⁴; and

(3) for vacuumizing⁵.

The unit is best suited to facilities that install, repair and service oil filled electric power transformers and other oil filled electrical equipment.
