GlobeCore / Products / Wind Turbine Service / CMM-G wind turbine gearbox oil changer (with dimensions adapted to the customer's trailer ones)
The CMM-G unit is designed for changing oil in wind turbine gearboxes including  draining, flushing and refilling. The CMM-G can...
    Advantages
    • unit performs all technological operations related to changing oil in wind turbine gearboxes;
    • unit is based on the frame, and the unit dimensions are adapted to the customer’s trailer dimensions;
    • the clean oil tank capacity has been increased to 1250 liters;
    • there is a built-in generator to power the unit if grid connection is unavailable.

The CMM-G unit is designed for changing oil in wind turbine gearboxes including  draining, flushing and refilling. The CMM-G can also heat clean oil before refilling gearbox if necessary. The adaptation of unit’s overall dimensions to the dimensions of the customer’s trailer is a feature of this model.

The equipment is able to function with mineral and synthetic oils of the following properties:

  • kinematic viscosity at 40°С, mm2/s – 8-320;
  • density at 20°С, kg/m3 – 800-900;
  • ISO6 4406 purity class – 14 min.

Principle of operation

It is possible to use the CMM-G unit in six operation modes:

  • filling gearbox with clean oil;
  • pumping used oil out of the gearbox;
  • heating oil before filling the gearbox;
  • draining used oil from the CMM-G unit;
  • washing the gearbox inside with flushing oil;
  • pumping oil from tank to tank.

To supply power to the unit you can use the built-in generator or an external three-phase alternating current network. If the generator is switched on, the possibility of unit functioning in multiple modes simultaneously is blocked.
