CMM-2,0CF Unit for Removal of Water from Oil

Cap: 2400 LPH | Coalescing drying | 5 µm filtration | 1,5 kW power

The CMM-2,0CF mobile oil plant is designed to purify industrial, hydraulic, turbine, and transformer oils, as well as diesel fuel, kerosene, and gasoline, even with high water content. The unit features an explosion-proof design for safe operation. Its capacity is 2.4 m³/h in both filtration and water removal modes. The plant removes mechanical impurities and water using the coalescence method. It consists of a mobile platform with filters, a pumping assembly, and a push-button starter. A cartridge filter is included for removing mechanical impurities, with replaceable elements offering filtration fineness of 1, 3, 5, or 25 μm. Water is removed by coalescence: as oil passes through a special filter element, water molecules form droplets that flow down into a sump and can be drained via a valve.

СММ-2,0CF mobile oil plant is designed to purify highly water-cut industrial, hydraulic, turbine, transformer oils and other types of industrial oil, as well as diesel fuel, kerosene, and gasoline. The unit is made in explosion-proof design, which ensures its safe operation.

This unit ensures filtration of mechanical impurities and removal of water by coalescence method. It consists of a mobile platform with filters, a pumping assembly, and a push-button starter. In order to purify the product by removing mechanical impurities, a cartridge filter is included with the possibility to install the elements having a filtration fineness of 1, 3, 5, 25 microns.

The principle of the plant’s operation is to remove water by coalescence method. When the oil is run through a special filtering element, water molecules combine into droplets and trickle down the filter surface into a sump. After that, the water is drained using a drain valve.
