Raw milk is filtered, standardized, and heated using plate or tubular pasteurizers to eliminate pathogens while preserving quality. Although the Colloid Mill GlobeCore isn’t used during pasteurization, similar high-shear technology is later employed to ensure that the homogenized milk maintains its optimal consistency before fermentation.
