In that configuration, TOR-5 no longer works only as a conditioner, but as a low-capacity online degasser: oil is circulated through a small vacuum chamber where dissolved gases are released. However, it cannot replace a full-scale vacuum oil processing unit for fast deep degassing after major faults or oil filling. It is a stabilization tool, not an emergency treatment system.
