GlobeCore FAQ
We are using thermal oil (Castrol PERFECTO HT5) in our heating system, and its condition has recently deteriorated, especially due to increased carbon residue and solid contamination. We are interested in oil filtration to extend its service life and would like to start with a trial batch of about 2,000 liters (total system volume ~120,000 liters). Do companies like GlobeCore provide only equipment, or do they also offer filtration services?

In cases like this, where thermal oil shows signs of degradation (carbon deposits and solids), filtration combined with proper purification can significantly extend its service life and delay full replacement.
Typically, companies like GlobeCore primarily supply equipment for oil purification, but these systems can be used both for on-site operation by your team and, in some cases, through partners or service providers who perform the treatment as a service. Starting with a 2,000-liter trial is a practical approach to evaluate efficiency before scaling to the full volume.
For thermal oils, the key is not only removing solid particles but also preventing further degradation. GlobeCore equipment is designed to handle such tasks by combining filtration, heating, and vacuum treatment, which helps restore oil quality and maintain stable operation of the heating system.
