Coconut biodiesel is made by heating the oil, mixing it with methanol and a catalyst, and allowing the transesterification reaction to occur. The process separates glycerin from the methyl esters (biodiesel). After settling, the biodiesel is washed and dried. The GlobeCore USB system handles all stages—mixing, heating, reacting, and separating—with automation to maximize quality and efficiency. Due to coconut oil’s high saturation, the resulting biodiesel has good ignition quality and storage stability.
