Mechanical pressing (cold or hot press) and solvent extraction are the two main methods for extracting peanut oil. Pressing is more sustainable for small-scale operations, while solvent extraction offers higher yields for industrial use. Once extracted, the oil is filtered and fed into a GlobeCore USB biodiesel unit, which handles the chemical transformation into fuel. Combining oil extraction and biodiesel production on-site creates a complete, sustainable biofuel system.
