In order to produce environmentally acceptable biofuel from pig fat, Globecore created the USB-1 biodiesel production plant from pork fat. This effective method enables the production of an alternate energy source from the waste generated during the meat processing process. USB-1 completes the entire processing cycle, which includes purifying fat, combining it with reagents, performing a chemical transesterification reaction, and separating the finished biodiesel. A fuel with favorable performance characteristics that can be utilized in heating systems or diesel engines is the end product. Because of its modest size and simplicity of use, the USB-1 is a universal solution for small-scale production facilities, pig farms, and meat processing factories.
