Globecore’s USB-3 bitumen enhancement systems are intended to modify bitumen used in the construction of roads and the manufacturing of waterproofing materials. By adding polymers or other components, the apparatus enables bitumen characteristics to be improved. This increases bitumen’s elasticity, durability, and resistance to temperature changes. The USB-3 unit works by heating bitumen to the proper temperature, then adding modifying ingredients and thoroughly mixing them. A stable quality of the final product can be achieved thanks to the mixer system’s homogeneous component distribution. Automated temperature and other parameter control removes errors and guarantees precision throughout the entire process.
