CMM-260C Online Transformer Dry-Out System

The CMM-260C continuous drying device protects transformers by keeping their oil dry throughout its service life. The unit circulates transformer oil through a microporous granular sorbent, which absorbs and securely retains water. It has a capacity of at least 30 liters/hour (0.13 gpm) and a water absorption capacity of 9 liters (2.4 gal). The device can be connected to transformers of any type and age, with installation taking less than an hour. It dries oil without heating, requires no constant operator supervision, and can be installed temporarily or permanently.

The CLM-100.1 colloid mill is designed for homogenization and emulsification of liquid materials (thick suspensions with high shear tension) in laboratory conditions, for such purposes as bitumen emulsion production.

ZP-260 Sorbent Cartridges

The mobile oil station ZP-260 is designed for purification of lubricating and electrical insulation oils, removing mechanical impurities, and drying oils with a viscosity up to 70 cSt at 40 °C. The unit uses sorbent cartridges specifically engineered for drying oils with zeolite or other adsorbents, and features hatches for quick loading and unloading. Its throughput is 4 m³/h. The cartridges can also be filled with alternative adsorbents such as Fuller’s earth or silica gel, making the unit suitable for oil regeneration and acidity reduction. The ZP-260 is used during the assembly, maintenance, and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment up to 1,150 kV, including power transformers, high-voltage switches, and similar devices.

CMM-0.6L Oil Degassing & Filtration Cart

The CMM-0.6L is a compact unit designed for heating, pumping, and purifying electrical insulating and cooling oil used in transformers, on-load tap changers, bushings, and high-voltage circuit breakers. During the treatment process, mechanical impurities, dissolved gases, and water are removed from the oil. The unit has a capacity of up to 600 L/h, corresponding to the basic CMM category.
Purification is carried out under vacuum: the heated oil enters a vacuum chamber where, due to an increased contact surface area, moisture and gases are effectively removed. The oil then passes through filters and is delivered to the outlet.
The operation of the CMM-0.6L is highly automated and requires minimal operator involvement. The unit is equipped with protection systems against overheating, oil leaks, lack of oil in the system, foaming, and electrical equipment overloads, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

The PPM oil heating unit is designed for heating transformer oil during oil addition, replacement, or transformer drying. It can also heat mineral oils, industrial oils, turbine oils, and other non-corrosive liquids. The unit is ideal for power plants, oil handling facilities, and transformer repair and maintenance sites, and can be operated indoors or outdoors under a suitable canopy.
