The СММ-4,0LT unit is designed for thermal vacuum drying and filtration of industrial oils used in lubrication, sealing, and hydraulic control systems of gas turbine and gas pumping units, gas engine compressors, and transformers. In addition to oil purification, the CMM-4,0LT can be used for heating and drying oil-filled electrical devices. The unit has a capacity of at least 4.0 m³/h (17.6 gpm) in thermal vacuum drying and filtration mode. The oil is drawn by vacuum through a coarse filter with a 200-micron filtration fineness into a vacuum tank containing a heater. Rising from bottom to top, the oil heats up and passes through a specially channeled lid into special fillers. As the oil flows downward through the fillers, moisture and gases are removed under vacuum. Finally, the oil is pumped from the bottom of the tank through two fine filters to the unit outlet, with filter fineness selectable at 5, 3, 1, or 0.3 microns.

CMM-1H Oil Processing Unit

The CMM-1H unit is designed for drying, heating, and filtration of mineral transformer oil, as well as for vacuuming transformer tanks. The treatment process is based on the combination of heat and vacuum: the oil is heated and fed into a vacuum chamber, where low pressure causes the water in the oil to boil and evaporate at lower temperatures. The water vapor is removed by a vacuum pump. The unit is equipped with an outlet centrifugal pump to reduce noise and an intelligent heating system that automatically regulates current and prevents voltage spikes. There is no inlet pump, so the oil is fed directly, reducing the risk of leaks. The CMM-1H has a drying capacity of up to 1 m³/h. After treatment, the moisture content is reduced to 5–10 ppm, and the oil cleanliness class meets ISO 4406: –/15/13.

CMM-6/7 Degassing Unit

The CMM-6/7 machine is designed for heating, pumping, and treatment of oil used as an insulator or coolant in electrical equipment such as transformers, OLTCs, transformer bushings, and high-voltage switches. The oil treatment process removes particulate matter, gases, and water. The unit can also remove air and gas from transformer tanks during repairs or servicing. Its processing capacity ranges from 3,000 to 7,000 liters per hour, depending on the selected mode of operation.
The CMM-6/7 has several operating modes: basic oil pumping with pumps and filters, heating and filtration where oil is heated and filtered, degassing where heat and vacuum remove water and gases, and evacuation for removing air from external equipment.

The CMMur-1L is a compact and cost-effective unit designed for purifying electrical insulating oil with a viscosity of up to 70 cSt at 50 °C. It efficiently removes water and mechanical impurities, providing oil purification from an initial cleanliness class of –/18/16 to –/14/12 after multiple passes through the filters, with a contamination content of less than 0.004% by mass.
The unit is also intended for heating oil-filled electrical equipment with hot transformer oil and for evacuating air from vacuum systems. The CMMur-1L is used during commissioning, repair, and maintenance of power transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, and other high-voltage equipment.

CMM-1,0CF Unit for Removal of Water from Oil

The CMM-1,0CF unit is designed for purification of industrial, hydraulic, turbine, transformer, and other types of oil, as well as diesel fuel, kerosene, and petroleum with exceptionally high moisture content. It can process oil with water content as high as 50 % or more. The unit has a processing rate of 1 m³/h. Filtration is performed in two stages with a fineness of 25 μm for stage 1 and 5 μm for stage 2. Water is removed by coagulation: as oil passes through a special filter element, water molecules form droplets that flow down into a settling vessel and can be drained via a valve. A cartridge filter with selectable fineness of 1, 3, 5, or 25 μm removes particulate matter from the oil.
