In order to improve the qualities of rubber fillers and their interaction with the polymer base, Globecore developed the AVS-150 rubbers fillers activation machine. Tyres, seals, rubber compounds, and other rubber goods are produced using this machinery. The electromagnetic processing method used by the AVS-150 allows for the intense dispersion and activation of filler particles. Increases in the particles’ specific surface area during the treatment process enhance their adherence to rubbers and improve the mechanical properties of the finished goods.
