The purpose of Globecore’s CMM-4.0F cable oil filtration machine is to purify and restore the qualities of cable oils used in electrical equipment and power cables. In order to preserve the oil’s insulating qualities and increase the lifespan of cable systems, it eliminates impurities, water, and gasses. The CMM-4,0F operates on the basis of vacuum degassing, heating, and filtration. To remove moisture and dissolved gasses more quickly, the cable oil is first heated. After being cleaned of mechanical contaminants by filters, it goes into a vacuum chamber for drying and last-minute purification. This multi-step procedure increases equipment reliability, prolongs oil life, and enhances oil quality. The CMM-4.0F unit’s small size and portability make it easy to use in the field.
