GlobeCore’s BRZ used zeolite regeneration machine in natural gas processing is designed to restore the absorption properties of zeolite, which is used to remove moisture from natural gas. Gas dehydration is an essential stage in the preparation of fuel for transportation or use. The presence of water vapour in the fuel can lead to pipeline corrosion, hydrate formation, and reduced fuel quality. Zeolite is an effective moisture absorber in gas streams, but it does require regeneration after a period of time. The BRZ unit performs thermal cleaning: the zeolite is heated to a predetermined temperature, during which the moisture evaporates, and the material is ready for reuse after cooling. The process happens in a sealed chamber with thermal insulation, which makes sure it’s energy efficient and safe. The plant has a temperature control system, ventilation and automatic control, which makes it easy to use. The BRZ is great for use at gas distribution stations, industrial complexes and other facilities where natural gas is treated. The unit’s design is simple to maintain, with all contact elements made from heat- and chemical-resistant materials. This unit reduces the cost of sorbents and makes sure the quality of natural gas dehydration stays the same.
