The FR3 dielectric fluids regeneration machine, model CMM-6RL, made by Globecore, is designed to restore the properties of eco-friendly insulating fluids used in power transformers. Over time, moisture, acids and age can build up in the fluid, reducing its insulating and cooling properties. The CMM-6RL is great at getting rid of moisture, gases and solid impurities using vacuum drying, fine filtration and sorption cleaning. This means you can get the FR3 fluid back to normal levels without having to replace the whole thing, which is great news for the environment and your wallet. It’s pretty easy to use, either on its own or on the move, and it’s great for keeping transformers in good nick right where they are, like at substations.
