The Fyrquel fire resistant fluid regeneration machine (model CMM-6RL) is made by Globecore. It’s designed to restore the operating characteristics of flame-retardant fluids used in hydraulic systems of power plants, turbines and other industrial equipment. Over time, moisture, acids and oxidation products build up in the Fyrquel fluid, which reduces its dielectric and lubricating properties. The CMM-6RL gets rid of all that gunk using vacuum drying and deep filtration, so the fluid is as good as new. It’s all done automatically, so you can count on it being consistent. The whole process is done at a controlled temperature, so it doesn’t mess up the liquid’s chemical composition. CMM-6RL can be used both stationary and mobile, so you can service the equipment directly at the site. It’s a breeze to use and you won’t have to worry about any tricky maintenance. Using it will help you get more use out of the fluid, cut the cost of replacing it and make the equipment more reliable.
