The CMM-6RL silicone oil regeneration machine manufactured by Globecore is designed to restore the working properties of silicone insulating fluids used in transformers and other high-voltage equipment. Silicone oil is known for its high thermal and chemical stability, but during operation, it has been observed to accumulate moisture, acids and other contaminants. This can potentially compromise the insulation performance and accelerate the ageing of the equipment. The CMM-6RL unit is designed to purify the oil from moisture, gases and solid impurities by means of vacuum drying, sorption purification and fine filtration. The process takes place at controlled temperatures, which we believe preserves the oil structure and extends its service life. The equipment can be used both stationary and mobile for servicing equipment directly at the sites, which we believe is a great benefit. The unit is easy to operate and fully automated. It is hoped that the use of CMM-6RL will allow you to reduce the cost of oil change, increase the reliability of electrical equipment and ensure its long-term protection.
