CMM-12R Oil Regeneration System (With Activated Bauxite)

The GlobeCore CMM-12R is a transformer oil regeneration system that restores aged oil by passing it through layers of activated bauxite sorbent. The process removes acidic compounds, sludge and degradation products, making the oil clean, transparent and close in quality to new oil. Regenerated oil can be reused in transformers throughout their service life, eliminating costly disposal and replacement. The CMM-12R supports integration with degassing units and allows sorbent reactivation up to 300 times, providing significant operational savings and sustainable long-term oil maintenance.

The CMM-12R unit is designed for the regeneration of transformer oil by passing it through layers of a special sorbent – activated bauxite.

During the regeneration process, oil degradation products and acidic compounds are removed, and the oil becomes clean and transparent.

The GlobeCore oil regeneration process restores used oil to a condition close to that of new oil. This process makes it possible to fill transformers with oil that would otherwise have to be disposed of. Such oil can be used in the transformer for its entire service life without replacement.
