BV-5000 Transformer Evacuation Unit (Capacity 5000 m³/hour)
BV-5000
-
Advantages
- Fast removal of air, vapor, non-aggressive gasses, and vapour-gas mixtures due to a booster;
- Units can be used for servicing and exploitation of oil-filled transformers and high voltage switches up to 1150 kV of voltage;
- Evacuation of a high level.
The transformer evacuation unit BV-5000 is designed to gain the vacuum bulk needed for the evacuation of the transformer tank. Operate the Unit when assembling, servicing, and exploiting oil-filled equipment (power transformers, high voltage switches, etc.) up to 1150 kV of voltage. The unit may be used for transformer evacuation and transformer dry-out. The unit can be used for installation, repair, and maintenance companies that deal with transformer oil treatment and transformer service.
The unit is not fit for operation in an explosive or toxic environment, as well as an environment reactive to lubrication materials.
When operating the unit indoors, install a gas exhaust line to evacuate gases into the atmosphere.
