BRZ Zeolite Regeneration Block
BRZ Zeolite Regeneration Block
Zeolite regeneration | 2300 LPM air blower throughput | 250 °C air temperature | Compact
The BRZ regeneration unit is designed to restore the performance of sorbent cartridges used in the CMM-260C transformer dry-out system for drying dielectric insulating oil. The unit regenerates zeolite cartridges with a controlled hot air flow that removes excess moisture and restores adsorption capacity. During operation, the air blower provides a throughput of 2.3 m³/min, while the hot air temperature reaches 250 °C (483 °F), ensuring efficient drying and reliable preparation of the sorbent for repeated use.
