The AVSp-150 vortex layer device (semi-automated version) is designed for intensifying a wide range of physical and chemical processes. This device efficiently works with a variety of solid bulk materials and ensures their dispersion, dry mixing, including micropowders, as well as activation and modification of additives in pure rubbers, pulverization of ferrite powders for production of ferrites and other processing of powdered materials in the dry or liquid state.

The device design includes no dynamic seals and is centered around two key components — the operating section and the control section.

The operating section contains a frame with an inductor housing mounted thereon. A protective case is attached to the back cover of the inductor housing and frame and contains feeders with a drive and a trolley. Under the protective case, there are boxes for storage of reactors during transportation, or when the device is not in use. The front cover of the inductor housing contains a front protective case for human safety during operation.

The control section combines an oil tank with a frame and a casing body, a cooling system and a pump. The front panel of the control section features a remote control pad with controls for the device.
