The PPM crude oil heating system developed by Globecore is designed for efficient and safe heating of crude oil before its further processing, transportation or storage. This equipment is widely used in refineries, where stability of temperature parameters and preservation of feedstock quality are important.
The PPM unit works on the principle of indirect heating. It heats a heat transfer medium, such as thermal oil, which then transfers the heat to the oil. This method ensures uniform heating, eliminates the risk of overheating and preserves the physical and chemical properties of the crude oil. This makes the unit a reliable tool for handling different types of crude oil.
The compact design and simple operation make the PPM easy to integrate into existing production lines. The unit allows precise temperature control and ensures stable operation even under high loads. All construction elements are made of materials resistant to oil and temperature fluctuations.
