Performance adjustment with manual valves

Performance adjustment of the oil pump is executed with a regulator on the control panel by means of a valve with an electric drive. Visual monitoring of the flow rate is by the flow meter indicator

Performance adjustment of the oil pump is executed by setpoint selecting at the control panel screen for maintaining the level in the vacuum column. Setpoint is kept constant by means of a valve with an electric drive. Pump operation is smooth throughout the entire control range. There is a digital meter to control oil flow

The controller program switches the heater stages by contactors according to the algorithm. Operator sets the temperature and it is kept constant automatically

The 10 ppm mode is the standard operating mode of the equipment, which involves drying oil using thermal vacuum technology.

The 5 ppm mode ensures a very low level of residual moisture in the oil by reducing machine productivity. This means that the equipment effectively removes even the smallest traces of water, which significantly extends the service life of the equipment.

The 5 ppm+ mode is an improved version that ensures even lower residual oil moisture levels by using sorbent cartridges and reducing machine productivity. This is ideal for critical applications especially for heavily loaded transformers with high demands.
