The Mojave Heat (Sukhovey) hot air dryer unit is designed for air drying and removal of solid particles from atmospheric air, as well as for sorbent drying. The dried, purified air is used for purging transformer tanks and electrical equipment during installation, maintenance, or repair, preventing moisture accumulation in dielectric insulation while the core is exposed.
