The unit is built as a self-contained unit with all components and operating assemblies protected by metal panels and easy opening gas-spring loaded doors on the sides and back of the unit. The “Containerized”unit is placed on a tandem axle trailer that is street legal and ready to be towed to any remote location.

Performance adjustment with manual valves
Performance adjustment of the oil pump is executed with a regulator on the control panel by means of a valve with an electric drive. Visual monitoring of the flow rate is by the flow meter indicator

The 10 ppm mode is the standard operating mode of the equipment, which involves drying oil using thermal vacuum technology.
The 5 ppm mode ensures a very low level of residual moisture in the oil by reducing machine productivity. This means that the equipment effectively removes even the smallest traces of water, which significantly extends the service life of the equipment.
The 5 ppm+ mode is an improved version that ensures even lower residual oil moisture levels by using sorbent cartridges and reducing machine productivity. This is ideal for critical applications especially for heavily loaded transformers with high demands.
