Circuit breaker oil filtration is not limited only to removing solid particles from insulating oil. In many cases, maintaining the dielectric properties of the oil also requires the removal of dissolved moisture and gases, which can adversely affect insulation performance and equipment reliability.
For this reason, modern oil treatment equipment often combines several processes within one system, including fine filtration, degassing, and moisture removal. Portable solutions are particularly useful for maintenance teams, as they allow for oil purification directly at the installation site without the need for transporting oil or using large fixed-type equipment.
The CMM-0.6L Oil Degassing & Filtration Cart shown in the picture below is an example of a compact solution designed for on-site transformer and circuit breaker oil treatment, helping maintain the required quality of insulating fluids during operation and maintenance activities.
