CMM-4,0T Turbine oil filtration

Cap: 4000 LPH | Degassing | Vacuum drying | 5 µm filtration

The GlobeCore CMM-4,0T is a mobile oil station designed for turbine oil treatment, including purification, removal of solid particles, and water. The unit has a capacity of 4 m³/hour. Using the CMM-4,0T extends the service life of turbine oil, gas and steam machinery, turbine equipment, power plants, and other industrial facilities. Contaminated oil can cause various problems, so proper maintenance of oil-filled equipment is essential. Oil filtration provides an effective alternative to purchasing expensive new products. The CMM-4,0T system can be used for oil purification, dehydration, degassing, and evacuation. It is suitable for turbine oil with a viscosity not exceeding 280 cSt at 50 °C.

The CMM-4,0T is a Turbine Oil1Turbine Oil – any oil used to lubricate the bearings and auxiliary machinery in steam and hydraulic turbines, in turbopumps, and in air, gas, and refrigeration turbocompressors. Turbine oils are also used as lubricants and working fluids in various types of closed-cycle industrial machinery. Filtration System2Filtration systems remove both large and small contaminants from oil..

The GlobeCore CMM-4,0T mobile oil station is designed for turbine oil treatment. Its purposes are oil purification3Oil purification (transformer, turbine, industrial, etc.) removes oil contaminants in order to prolong oil service life., removal of solid particles and water.

The capacity of the unit is 4 m3/hour.

This unit extends the service life of turbine oil, gas and steam machinery, turbine equipment, electric power stations and the other industrial facilities.

Pollution of industrial oil leads to a number of different problems. Oil filled equipment requires proper services.

Oil filtration is a perfect option – instead of buying new expensive products.

The CMM-4,0T Turbine Oil Filtration System can be used for such processes as purification, dehydration4The aim of crude oil dehydration is to remove free water from the oil and then to break the oil emulsions to reduce the remaining emulsified water in the oil. and degassing5Oil degassing is the process of removing undesirable solved gases from the oil (separately or all together).. Evacuation is also possible.

The unit is applicable for turbine oil with viscosity6Absolute viscosity provides a measure of a fluid’s internal resistance to flow. not higher than 280 cSt at 50ºС.

Installation of a special GC fine filter (optional)

At the customer’s request, the CMM-4T unit can be equipped with a special high-efficiency fine filter from GlobeCore. The main feature of this filter is its high filtration ratio (β > 4000), which ensures deeper removal of mechanical impurities and a filtration fineness of 3 microns.

You can find more detailed information about the description and specifications of this filter here.

The 10 ppm mode is the standard operating mode of the equipment, which involves drying oil using thermal vacuum technology.

The 5 ppm mode ensures a very low level of residual moisture in the oil by reducing machine productivity. This means that the equipment effectively removes even the smallest traces of water, which significantly extends the service life of the equipment.

The 5 ppm+ mode is an improved version that ensures even lower residual oil moisture levels by using sorbent cartridges and reducing machine productivity. This is ideal for critical applications especially for heavily loaded transformers with high demands.
