Transformers and other electrical equipment need silicone dielectric fluids, and Globecore’s CMM-4,0F silicone oil filtration machine is used to clean and rejuvenate them. Vacuum degassing, multi-stage filtration and heating are the three main ways the CMM-4,0F works. To remove water and dissolved gases faster, the oil is first passed through a heater. After mechanical impurities are removed using filters, it enters a vacuum chamber for drying and final cleaning. This method guarantees the reuse of the oil and significantly improves its properties. The small size and portability of the CMM-4.0F allows it to be easily used in transformer stations and other facilities.
