Globecore’s CMM-4,0F transformer oil filtration machine can be used to clean transformer oils and restore their functional properties. It effectively removes gases, water and mechanical contaminants, extending the life of transformers and improving their insulating properties. The unit is based on sequential filtration, heating and vacuum treatment of the oil. In the first stage, the oil is cleaned of solid particles by passing through filters. It is then heated, which helps to remove moisture and gases more quickly. In the last step, the remaining moisture and dissolved gases are removed in a vacuum chamber. In this way, the oil is fully restored to its dielectric characteristics and is suitable for further use. Due to its small and portable design, the CMM-4.0F can be easily moved and used in service areas such as transformer stations. Thanks to its automated control system, it is easier to use and allows real-time monitoring of cleaning parameters.
