Globecore’s AVSp-100 boron nitride micropowders production machine has been developed with the aim of producing highly dispersed material with excellent physical and chemical properties. It is believed that boron nitride is widely used in metallurgy, electronics, the production of lubricants and technical ceramics. The operating principle of the plant is based on electromagnetic processing, which allows efficient grinding of raw materials to a micro-powder state. At the same time, it is believed that the key characteristics of the material are preserved: high temperature resistance, chemical inertness and thermal conductivity. It is thought that the AVSp-100 ensures homogeneous particle distribution, stable structure and high quality of the finished product, and that it is easy to operate, compact and easily integrated into production lines. The ability to fine-tune parameters could make the equipment versatile for different applications, and the micropowder process could become more economical and technologically stable.
