In order to efficiently treat production wastewater from lipids, suspended particles, and organic pollutants, Globecore developed the AVSk-150 wastewater treatment plant from vegetable oil factories. In addition to preparing the water for safe discharge or reuse, this technology helps to lessen the environmental impact. The AVSk-150 uses electromagnetic treatment technology to activate, mix, and disperse water intensely. Solids and fats are efficiently separated and precipitated during the treatment process, greatly increasing the effectiveness of later filtration stages. The coagulation and flocculation processes are also accelerated by the unit, improving the treated water’s quality. Because of its small size and simplicity of use, the AVSk-150 is a flexible option for vegetable oil plants.
