The purpose of Globecore’s CMM-4,0F midel 7131 dielectric fluid filtration machine is to purify and restore the properties of dielectric fluids, including synthetic transformer oil. By removing impurities, moisture, and gasses, this apparatus enhances the fluid’s insulating qualities and prolongs the lifespan of electrical equipment and transformers. The CMM-4,0F operates on the basis of vacuum degassing and multi-stage filtration. The liquid is first heated to help it expel gasses and water more quickly. Following its passage through filters to eliminate impurity particles, the liquid is vacuum-dried and subsequently purified. By successfully restoring the oil’s dielectric characteristics, this system qualifies it for reuse. The CMM-4.0F machine is portable and small in size.
