The PPM sugar syrup heating system developed by Globecore is an efficient solution for the food industry. This equipment is designed for uniform and safe heating of sugar syrup used in confectionery, beverages and other food products.
A special feature of the PPM apparatus is the use of indirect heating. It heats a heat transfer medium, such as thermal oil, which transfers the heat to the syrup container. This approach eliminates the risk of overheating the product and preserves its properties, including consistency, flavor and aroma.
The PPM is simple to operate, easy to integrate into existing production processes and allows precise control of temperature parameters. Its compact design makes it suitable for any size company. The materials used in the machine meet all food safety standards.
