The TOR-2 transformer oil express-tester is designed to measure moisture and hydrogen content in mineral transformer oils. Continuous monitoring of hydrogen provides early detection of potential transformer damage, helping prevent failures. Moisture and hydrogen are measured in parts per million (ppm), and the presence of other gases in the oil does not affect measurement accuracy. Its high measurement speed makes the TOR-2 an ideal solution for regular on-site monitoring of moisture content in transformer oils.
The TOR-3 is designed to determine the dielectric loss tangent, specific resistivity, and permittivity of transformer oils in accordance with IEC 60247-2004-02 (VDE-0380-2:2005_01), ASTM D924-08, and ASTM D1169-02.
It is a fully automatic device, allowing testing according to the specified standards or user-defined procedures. The measurement process is computer-controlled, with the ability to save and print results. The unit can also be equipped with the Tangent Service software, enabling online result viewing and access to archived measurements in graphical or numerical form.
The TOR-80 unit is designed for automated, accurate measurement of the dielectric strength (breakdown voltage up to 80 kV) of transformer oil according to IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816. It can operate autonomously or in a network, transferring results to a PC to create a local database, generate reports, plot graphs, and print results. The device is fully automatic and supports testing both according to standard procedures and custom user-defined procedures.
The TOR-1 is a device designed for rapid and precise determination of the mass fraction of water in transformer oils, even at very low levels. Its high measurement speed and accuracy make the TOR-1 an ideal solution for regular on-site monitoring of moisture content in transformer oils, ensuring reliable control during operation.
