Impeller stirrer USB-6 is designed for mixing liquid layers in a container or tank. It is used for producing different emulsions and suspensions, including antiseptic and disinfectants.
Principle of operation
Stirring device consists of a rotating shaft, on which propellers are installed at several levels, which push the liquid along the guide tube. The guide tube has window-holes, through which the liquid is drawn inside – thus equable mixing is achieved regardless of the liquid level inside the container.
The devices are designed for vertical mounting on horizontal tanks. A hole is made in the container into which the mixer is inserted. The agitator flange is welded to the vessel.
