CMM-1H Oil Processing Unit

The CMM-1H unit is designed for drying, heating, and filtration of mineral transformer oil, as well as for vacuuming transformer tanks. The treatment process is based on the combination of heat and vacuum: the oil is heated and fed into a vacuum chamber, where low pressure causes the water in the oil to boil and evaporate at lower temperatures. The water vapor is removed by a vacuum pump. The unit is equipped with an outlet centrifugal pump to reduce noise and an intelligent heating system that automatically regulates current and prevents voltage spikes. There is no inlet pump, so the oil is fed directly, reducing the risk of leaks. The CMM-1H has a drying capacity of up to 1 m³/h. After treatment, the moisture content is reduced to 5–10 ppm, and the oil cleanliness class meets ISO 4406: –/15/13.

The СММ-1Н unit is designed for drying¹, heating² and filtration³ of mineral transformer oil⁴, as well as evacuation of transformer⁵ tanks.

The process is based on application of heat and vacuum⁶. The oil is heated and pumped to the vacuum chamber. The low pressure in the chamber makes the water in the oil boil and evaporate. The water vapor is removed with vacuum pump exhaust.

The СММ-1Н unit consists of the following elements: a frame, a centrifugal oil pump (output), a vacuum pump⁷, an electrical control cabinet, a vacuum chamber, filters⁸, an oil trap, piping, an instrument panel, an oil inlet and an oil outlet.

the unit does not have an input pump, the oil goes directly into the unit with reduced risk of leaks;

a porous inset in the vacuum chamber facilitates efficient moisture separation;
the smart heating system varies current for the required processing rate, eliminating voltage surges;
a water condensate collection container is installed;
the unit features a separate outlet for transformer evacuation.
