GlobeCore offers oil regeneration systems (CMM-R series) that restore aged transformer oil by removing acids and oxidation products. Please specify required capacity (e.g., 2, 4, 6 or 10 m³/h) for pricing and technical details.

One more point that often influences the overall project cost is the condition of transformer oil. If the oil exhibits high acidity, elevated dielectric losses, or a significant amount of oxidation by-products, oil regeneration is often a more economical option than complete oil replacement. Restoring the properties of oil directly at the customer’s site also helps minimize maintenance downtime and reduces the volume of waste oil requiring disposal.
The photo below shows a CMM-6RL Oil Regeneration Unit, a system designed for on-site reclamation of aged transformer oil, allowing power utilities to restore oil quality and extend transformer service life instead of replacing the entire oil volume. -

You’re right — oil condition is one of the largest drivers of overall project cost, and on-site oil regeneration frequently beats full oil replacement when acidity, high dielectric losses, or heavy oxidation by‑products are present. The CMM-6RL Oil Regeneration Unit you attached is designed for on‑site reclamation of transformer oil, running oil through six Fuller’s earth adsorbent columns to remove acids and oxidation products, improve breakdown voltage and dielectric loss, and restore oil to near‑new properties while minimizing waste oil disposal and transformer downtime. For planning purposes note the unit’s typical rated throughput is about 0.45 m³/h (actual capacity depends on oil condition), power consumption is 14.5 kW on three‑phase 380 V/60 Hz, it includes an adsorbent reactivation capability (300–500 cycles) and a two‑stage neutralization system to limit emissions; footprint and weight are also compact compared with larger regeneration systems.
Price information isn’t published here, so to get an accurate quote I can route you to GlobeCore sales or help prepare a formal offer if you provide a few project details: a recent oil analysis (breakdown voltage/BDV, TAN/acidity, water content, dielectric loss, interfacial tension, PCB if applicable), total oil volume to be treated, desired throughput or turnaround time, site power availability and connection details, and whether you need integrated degassing/vacuum drying or only adsorption/regeneration. Send those details or let me know if you want me to put you in touch with a sales engineer and I’ll arrange it.
