What repair procedures apply to power line transformers after overload failures?

Overload repairs include oil sampling (DGA, moisture), insulation resistance testing, winding resistance, tan-delta, bushing checks, core/coil inspection, OLTC inspection (if present), leak sealing, and thermal hotspot mitigation. Units failing dielectric or mechanical integrity are replaced.
